These are two must win games, and it is still unreal to me that this beefed up team choked against Pittsburgh again, and barely beat a Philly team in OT that seemed to dominate the run of play for most of the game.
This team is just not good enough to win and its the fault of the core of the team that has underachieved this year and in the playoffs in the past. I hope they turn it around, but I am not very positive that they can. |

CBJ has a very bad habit of playing "down" to teams they should beat. You REALLY can't do that with EDM, or McDavid/Draisitl will blow your doors off.
If the Jackets think they only have to make an appearance, then goodnight.
And with The Peg up next . . . geesh, good thing they didn't get Stone at the TDL.
Even though they're flat right now, Winnipeg still has better lines than the CBJ. |

Unfortunately I'm afraid that will be right after the last regular season game.
The Pens are in Bob's head, so I hope he doesn't play next week. But the way Torts has been the lines, TOI, etc, Bob will start both. |
